Our Goal
To help our Fire Departments raise awareness about the dangers of open-flame candles and provide
a fire-safe alternative to their community members, while simultaneously raising money for their
departments.

Reduce Fires
Everyone loves candlelight. Unfortunately, although beautiful, candles carry a severe risk of fire and danger, and are a leading cause of domestic fires. The time is now to truly educate our community members, not only about the dangers of candle fires, but also about how they can be prevented. This is why the Reduce Fires, Raise MoneyProgram was created. A fire-safe alternative to traditional candles has been developed which provides the warm glow and ambience of authentic candlelight… with absolutely no risk of fire or danger. 

Battery-operated Flameless Candles are made from real wax; they look, feel, and flicker just like a real candle,
creating worry-free candlelight. For every Flameless Candle that is being used in place of a real one, the risk that a candle fire will claim a life or destroy a home is eliminated. The time to act is now.

Raise Money
We developed this program with a very specific goal in mind…to reduce candle fires. At the end of the day we will measure our success by the number of real candles we have replaced with fire-safe Flameless Candles. That is why we have reached out to Candle Impressions, the world’s leading supplier of battery-operated Flameless Candles. The response we received from them was overwhelming.

Candle Impressions has agreed to produce literature and other marketing materials to help your department educate the community about how Flameless Candles will reduce candle fires and save lives. In addition, they have created a website dedicated to our program where your community members can take the first step toward preventing candle fires in their homes. As an added bonus, for each Flameless Candle purchased from this website by a member of your community, Candle Impressions has pledged to donate 20% of the purchase price to your fire department.
